The funeral was held at the Catholic church Monday morning and burial was in the Catholic cemetery. _______________ The Columbus Telegram, September 18, 1908, p. 1, col. 1 Joseph Suss, for several years sexton at the Catholic cemetery, died at his home in South Columbus Saturday morning. For several weeks he had been ailing with liver trouble. He was born in Poland, and was sixty-six years old. Two sons and five daughters survive him. His funeral was held at the Catholic church Monday morning.
