Mrs. McCoy will be remembered as Mrs. Tom Snodgrass when she lived here. She was born Jan. 3, 1857 in Pennsylvania and passed away Wednesday, March 8, at her home in Council BIuffs after an illness of two months. Death was a result of a general decline in her health.
