Description	:	Josephine Sheffel Blazek, daughter of Frank and Anna Sheffel was born July 2, 1889 in Red Wood County, Minnesota and passed away at Creston hospital August 20, 1949 at the age of 60 years, 1 month and 18 days. She was united in marriage to William Blazek March 18, 1909 in Adams county. To this union three children were born: Glen of Orient, Mrs. Frances Wallace and Ralph both of Prescott. Read More	Josephine Sheffel Blazek, daughter of Frank and Anna Sheffel was born July 2, 1889 in Red Wood County, Minnesota and passed away at Creston hospital August 20, 1949 at the age of 60 years, 1 month and 18 days. She was united in marriage to William Blazek March 18, 1909 in Adams county. To this union three children were born: Glen of Orient, Mrs. Frances Wallace and Ralph both of Prescott. Mr. and Mrs. Blazek lived all of their married life in Adams and Adair counties. Mrs. Blazek had been in poor health more than a year, spending many weeks in various hospitals; the last four weeks in the Creston hospital. She is survived by her husband and three children, nine grandchildren, three sisters and three brothers as well as other relatives. Her mother and father, two sisters and a brother preceded her in death. Mrs. Blazek was a loving wife and mother, always interested in her home, children and grandchildren. Not only was she thoughtful of her own household but was always willing and ready to help others when the need arose. She will be greatly missed by her husband and children, her grandchildren and many relatives and friends. Funeral services ere held Monday, August 22, 1949 at Fontanelle. Burial was in the Bohemian cemetery at Williamson.
