Description	:	Georgetown, SC Mrs. Josephine Lambert Reeves of McDonald Road was dead on arrival at Georgetown County Memorial Hospital on Monday, November 1, 1965. She appeared to have died of a heart attack. Mrs. Reeves was born January 15, 1896, in the Lamberttown community of Georgetown County. She was a daughter of the late Allen Lambert and Mrs. Mary Ward Lambert. She moved to Georgetown when she was twelve years old. She was a member of the Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church. She appeared to have died of a heart attack. Mrs. Reeves was born January 15, 1896, in the Lamberttown community of Georgetown County. She was a daughter of the late Allen Lambert and Mrs. Mary Ward Lambert. She moved to Georgetown when she was twelve years old. She was a member of the Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was survived by five sons, Calhoun Reeves, Buddy Reeves, George Allen Reeves, and Lorring Lee Reeves, all of Georgetown, and Joe W. Reeves of Charleston; two daughters, Mrs. Johnny (Carolina) Bourne of Cocoa, Fla., and Mrs. Ernest (Mary) Jones of Georgetown; 24 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Reeves was predeceased by her husband, George Washington Reeves. Funeral services were Wednesday, November 3, 1965, in Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church. The Rev. L. D. Driggers, officiated. Burial, directed by Mayer Funeral Home, followed in Sampit Methodist Church Cemetery. ------------- Note: Grave marker has last name Reaves.
