Description	:	"Funeral services were held at the Ruff Evangelical church on Monday afternoon for Joshua Elmer, 76, retired garage man and photographer, who died last Thursday. The Rev Eugene Muench, Soap Lake, officiated, with burial at the Ruff Cemetery, under the direction of the Strate Funeral Home. Mr Elmer was born at Fondulac, WI, April 20, 1867, later coming West to take up a homestead near Marlin. For the past 23 years he had been a resident of the Ruff area.
