Funeral Services, 11 AM, Friday, October 2, 2015, at Ramseur Wesleyan Church, Ramseur. Officiating, Rev. Tim Butcher, Rev. Leon Thompson, Rev. Josh Keesling. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Joyce was a native of Randolph County and retired from Kayser-Roth Corporation. She was a member of Ramseur Wesleyan Church, the Wesleyan Women Missionary Society where she has served as president since 1976 and a very active supporter of the Hephzibah Children's Home. Survivors: step son, Charles "Eddie" Kinney, and wife, Betty, of Pinehurst, sisters, Lillie Isley, of Ramseur, Velna Welborn Williamson, of Franklinville, Gladys Byrd, and husband Jim, of Asheboro, brother, Jack Welborn, and wife Sylvia, of Asheboro, step-grandchildren, Alex Kinney, of Greenville, NC, Sarah Bucko, and husband, Ken, Ft. Collins, CO, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Thursday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
