She was born May 20, 1930 at Doe Hill, a daughter of the late David Clinton and Leda Jane (Siron) Siron. Mrs. Welcher was a member of Good Shepherd Church of the Nazarene. She retired from Western State Hospital and was also a waitress at Woolworths. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred A. Beverage Sr., her second husband, William L. She was born May 20, 1930 at Doe Hill, a daughter of the late David Clinton and Leda Jane (Siron) Siron. Mrs. Welcher was a member of Good Shepherd Church of the Nazarene. She retired from Western State Hospital and was also a waitress at Woolworths. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred A. Beverage Sr., her second husband, William L. Welcher; two daughters, Donna Kay and Christine Beverage; a brother, David 'Lenny' Siron; and two sisters, Opal and Iva Siron. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Fred A. Beverage Jr., and wife Debbie, of Staunton; two grandchildren, Amanda and David Beverage, both of Staunton; and a sister, Helen S. Cash of Staunton. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 4, at Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell with the Pastor Charles Perkins officiating. Siron of Doe Hill announce the marriage of their daughter, Juanita May, to Mr. Fred Andrew Beverage, son of Mr. and Mrs. Olen Beverage of Monterey. The ceremony was performed Saturday, July 10 at 8 o’clock by the Rev. J. G. Long, Jr., at his home in Monterey. The bride who attended McDowell High School, was attired in a light blue street length dress with black accessories. The bridegroom served 3 years, 6 months with the U. S. Navy, 3 years of which he served in the Pacific theater. He is now employed at the Celanese Corporation at Verona. Mr. and Mrs. Beverage will make their home in Churchville. #49657086 William L.
