Description	:	Judy, age 81, loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at her son’s home with her family by her side. She was born in Bay City, Michigan to the late Ernest & Lucille (Bumgarner) Julian on December 16, 1938. She married the love of her life Noah Troxell on June 4, 1955 at Visitation Church of Bay City. She owned Judy’s Beauty Salon and worked for over 40 years. Read More	Judy, age 81, loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at her son’s home with her family by her side. She was born in Bay City, Michigan to the late Ernest & Lucille (Bumgarner) Julian on December 16, 1938. She married the love of her life Noah Troxell on June 4, 1955 at Visitation Church of Bay City. She owned Judy’s Beauty Salon and worked for over 40 years. Judy was a devoted member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. During her lifetime membership she served the Lord in numerous capacities. She was a lector, eucharistic minister, a greeter and worked in collections. She earned her certificate in Theophostic Ministry. She joined the Catholic Charismatic Renewal over 50 years ago. During that time, she served the Lord in many ways. Judy put on many Life in the Spirit Seminars over the years. She was a leader in the Heart of Christ Prayer Community in Bay City. She attended many National and State Conference’s. She was heavily involved in healing ministries. Judy served the needy of Saginaw with her friend Joyce Comtis by handing out sack lunches. Judy was famous for her cooking and for putting on the Mama Room at conferences, a place where people could go for food and drinks. Judy worked closely with Fr. Art Cooney and spoke and taught in many places across Michigan and the United States. A favorite place of hers was New Orleans at the Center of Jesus the Lord. She ministered in Nicaragua, Panama, and had connections in Saudi Arabia and with fellow ministers around the globe. As director of renewal of the Saginaw Diocese she was responsible for the day to day business operations as well as the ministries across the area. Most recently she started Lamb of God Prayer Management on Thursday morning in Bay City. Other than her position as director she also served on the Michigan Service Committees. Her presence and its renewal movement will be greatly missed. She is survived by her children, well as 13 great grandchildren, a brother, two sisters and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Noah in 1993, three brothers and five sisters.
