A week later on December 8th, 1832 Julia Ann Curry is listed in her father's, (William Curry 1754-1826), estate sale for his widow, Elizabeth Shoemaker Curry 1770-1840 in Sullivan Co., Indiana just south of Vigo Co. Julia Ann Curry married Samuel Cummins in Vigo Co., Indiana on February 6, 1840. The 1840 U.S. Census Vigo Co., Indiana lists Samuel, a wife, Julia Ann's age, and a boy of 8, presumably Jasper N. Curry. In the 1850 U.S. Census Wayne Co., Iowa it lists Samuel, Julia Ann, three children and Jasper N. Curry age 17. Chronicled in the 1860 U.S. Census for Wayne and Lucas Counties, Iowa, Samuel Cummins and Jasper N Curry are farming near each other. By the 1865 Iowa Census a retired Julia Ann and Samuel Cummins are both living in Jasper N. Curry's household. Julia Ann "Curry" Cummins dies on June 22nd, 1874 and is buried in Section D, Row 4, Plot 4.15 in Cambria Cemetery, Wayne Co., Iowa. In 1912 & 1918 Ethelinda N. and Jasper N. Curry die, respectively, and are buried together in Section D, Row 4, Plot 4.16 next to Julia Ann "Curry" Cummins. My name is Steven C.
