Description	:	Julius White was born in Worthington the son of William and Mary Schnier White. He attended school in Worthington and later the Brother’s School in Dyersville. The Whites farmed until their retirement in 1956 when they moved into town at 203 First Ave. N. E. Rev. Father Warning performed the ceremony and read the nuptial mass. Immediately after the ceremony a reception was held at the bride’s mother and only the relatives were invited. The bride was becomingly attired in a gown of white silk crepe de chien, with beautiful ornamental trimming. She wore a tulle veil which was held in place by dainty rose buds, and she carried a shower bouquet of bride’s roses. Her cousin, Miss Lucile Bell, of Alta, Iowa, was her maid and she was prettily dressed in pale blue silk, crepe de chien, and carried an arm veil and a pearl rosary bouquet of pink and white carnations. Mr. Leo White, a brother of the groom was best man. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mrs. J. Bell and is a very charming young lady, who has won a great circle of friends here, because of her sweet disposition. The groom, a progressive young farmer is well worthy of the bride, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. William White, of Worthington. The young couple will live on a farm near Farley and the hearty good wishes for their happiness is extended by a large circle of friends in Dyersville.
