Burial was in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, Clutier. Mrs. Stodola, the widow of Frank Stodola, was born May 19, 1892 in Kozodra, Czechoslovakia. She came to the United States and Cedar Rapids in 1908. Mrs. Stodola was a 1916 graduate of Mercy School of Nursing and had been a registered nurse in Clutier until 1947 when she returned to Cedar Rapids. She retired in 1957. Mrs. Stodola was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, the Mt. Mercy Alumni Association and the Altar and Rosary Society of Immaculate Conception Church, Clutier. She is survived by a son, Stanley J. Stodola of Cedar Rapids, and seven grandchildren.
