Description	:	"OBITUARY Caroline Fisher Wonka, daughter of Katherine and Joseph Buresh was born on May 21, 1882 near Plasi, and passed away Wednesday, February 9, 1955 at her home after a short illness, at the age of 72 years, eight months and 18 days. She grew to young womanhood in the Plasi community. On August 20, 1901 she was united in marriage to Anton B. Fisher at Plasi and to this union five children were born. The family lived in the Plasi and Weston vicinity until October 15, 1909 when her husband died. The family then moved to Weston in 1910. On February 16, 1920 she was united in marriage to John Wonka, sr., who preceded her in death on January 17, 1944. She was a faithful member of St. John's Nepomucene Church Weston, and was a member of the Rosary Sodality. She was a loving mother, neighbor and friend was attested by the beautiful floral offerings and spiritual gifts. Mourning her death are her children, Anton Fisher, Mrs. Lillian Fiala and Mrs. Antoinette Kacirek of Weston, Joe of Wahoo and Charles Fisher of Fort Collins, Colo., six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Six step children, John Wonka and Mrs. Anna Enbody of Weston, Mrs. Mary Keely of Omaha, Frank of Rosemont, Paul of North Platte and Emil Wonka of Tampa, Fla., two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Brabec of Omaha and Mrs. Frances Nemec of Seward. Also preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers and four sisters. Rosary was recited Friday evening at the Svoboda's Funeral home at Weston. Funeral services were held Saturday morning February 12, 1955 from Svoboda's Funeral home to St. John's Nepomucene Church with Rev. Otto Ekhaml offering the Requiem Mass. She was laid to rest beside her husband at the Catholic cemetery at Plasi. Pallbearers were George Brabec, Edward Kubik, Joe Hradsky, John Hruska, Edward Kacirek and Frank E.
