Read More	Katherine Angermeir was born April 23, 1871, in Missouri and passed away after a long illness on March 7, 1952, at the Seward Memorial Hospital. She reached the age of 80 years, 10 months, and 12 days. At the age of three, she moved to Indiana, later to Illinois, and at the age of 12 to Nebraska. She was united in marriage Aug. 20, 1891, to Joseph Rousselle of Milford, Nebr., who preceded her in death in 1940. To this union six children were born, two sons and four daughters: Elmer C. and Harvey Paul, and Mrs. Sara Owens of Seward, Mrs. Esther Hardy of Wauneta, Nebr., Mrs. Edna Oaks of Lincoln, Nebr., and Mrs. Juliette Patterson of Boise, Idaho. Besides her children, she is survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Christ Angermeir, of Stratton, Nebr., and two sisters, Mrs. Bena Egle of Gridley, Ill., and Mrs. Josephine Rousselle of Stratton, Nebr. She and her husband lived on a farm south of Seward until 1909 when they moved to a farm adjoining Seward. In 1925 they moved into Seward where she resided until her death. In 1891 she was baptized and became a member of the Mennonite Country Church near Milford and remained a member of that church. After moving to Seward she attended the United Brethren Church where she was a member of the Ladies Aid. She was a loyal and devoted wife and mother. Her greatest joy was having her family with her and doing for them. She also found much joy in doing deeds of kindness for her friends. Regardless of her illness, she was never rebellious or bitter. What a sweet, simple, beautiful life she lived. It grieves us that we shall never again see her sweet smile or hear her dear voice on this earth, but her pure, white soul is in Paradise and who knows how soon we shall be called away from this world of trouble and loss. Surely her work on earth is finished and God has called her home. Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. D. V. Herrick of the Evangelical United Brethren Church officiating. Music was furnished by the Salem Church quarter. Internment was made in the North (Seward) Cemetery. Pallbearers were Chas. Campbell, Ross Gillan, Ralph Goodell, Erwin Imig, Frank Stephens, and Carl Hanson.
