| Description | : | Thanks to contributor #48481350; Mrs. Katheryn Wagner, a pioneer settler, died at the home of her son, Jacob Wagner. She had lived with him since the death of her husband, Robert. On coming to America from Germany with her parents she helped settle Platte County. In 1855, she married Robert Wagner of Chicago. The young couple moved to Ottaway, Illinois until 1884 when they came to Columbus. Robert died July 17, 1905. During their marriage they had five children.
