Description	:	ALBION - Kathryn Ann "Kathy" Fisher, 54, of Albion died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at her parents home in Cedar Rapids. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. Msgr. Ralph Steffensmeier will officiate. Private family burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Albion. Survivors of the immediate family include her husband, Gary of Albion; her parents of Cedar Rapids; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Tricia DeMuth of Fullerton. Additional survivors include three brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Dana and Rene Fisher of Pleasanton, Terry and Gina Fisher of Columbus and Vern and Nancy Fisher of Cedar Falls, Iowa; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Craig Butterfield of Des Moines, Iowa, and Nancy and John McProud of Lincoln; mother-in-law, Irene Fisher of Albion; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was raised on a farm west of Cedar Rapids. She attended St. Anthony's grade school and Cedar Rapids High School. She graduated from Norfolk High in 1976. On Feb. 24, 1988, she married Gary Fisher in Las Vegas. She waitresses and bartended for many years. They owned and operated the Katfish Bar in Cedar Rapids and Albion. Her last job was at the Albion Country Club as Kitchen/Dining room manager. Kathy loved to do her crafts, cooking and painting. She enjoyed riding Harley motorcycles and spending time with her family. She enjoyed life to the fullest to the very end. She was always willing to lend a hand to everyone. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald DeMuth; father-in-law, Melvin Fisher; grandparents, William and Pearl Fitzsimmons and Nicholas and Augusta DeMuth.
