Coliene started her career at Bell Telephone Comapany in Columbia in 1951, when she met Forrest Arthur serving at Ft Jackson Army base. Bickley and Kathleen Rauch Bickley, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at Lexington Medical Center, West Columbia, SC. She was the wife of the late Forrest Eugene Arthur of Key West Florida. Coliene started her career at Bell Telephone Comapany in Columbia in 1951, when she met Forrest Arthur serving at Ft Jackson Army base. Her most recent work was over 25 years at Jack's Diner in Hilton. Her passion was her love and caring for her family and those she embraced as her family. Coliene was a member of the St. Peter's Lutheran Church and was a humble and faithful servant of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is survived by her daughters, Toni (Marion) Fulmer of Chapin, Cathy (Bobby) Monts and Tracie (Neil) Stafford of Little Mountain, Andrea (Stanley) Frick of Chapin; son, Mike (Melba) Arthur of Naples, Florida. She is also survived by and was beloved by 12 grandchildren, Dawn (James) Mitchem of Chapin, David (Allison) Fulmer of Little Mountain, Cliff Fulmer (George Brugger) of Columbia, Jason (Mandi) Fulmer of Pomaria, Asheigh (Shawn) Mitchem of Prosperity, Kayla Monts, Amanda (Clay) Wright and Josh Monts of Little Mountain, Stephanie Stafford of Newberry, Kylie and Stacy Frick of Chapin and Heather (Jim) Worthy of Leesville. She is also survived by and beloved by 13 great-grandchildren. Christian funeral services: 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Chapin. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Active and honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.
