Description	:	Kay M. Houser, 77 years, of Fremont, NE died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at Nye Legacy in Fremont. She was born September 16, 1935 at Beemer, Nebraska to Leonard and Alice(Conrad)Blumer. She grew up at Beemer and was a graduate of Beemer High School. She moved to Fremont in the early 1950's and worked at the former Campbell's Soup Company. She married Victor F. She grew up at Beemer and was a graduate of Beemer High School. She moved to Fremont in the early 1950's and worked at the former Campbell's Soup Company. She married Victor F. Houser on Sept. 25, 1953 in Beemer. He died March 12, 1998. Kay was employed at Arbor Manor as an aid, then was a dental assistant for Dr. William Walla, she later worked the registration desk at the Fremont Area Medical Center and then for Randy Beach Chiropractic. She is survived by sons, Fred Houser of Valley, NE, Michael & wife, Debbie Houser and David & wife, Amanda Houser all of Fremont; daughter, JoEllen "Jody" & husband, Les Sheets of Fremont; brothers, William & wife, Joyce Blumer of Fremont; sisters Cora & husband, Clifford Braun and Nancy & husband, Rodney Tomrdle all of Fremont; brother-in-law, Richard Houser of Fremont; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Houser of Gold Canyon, AZ, Marilyn Houser, Barbara Houser and Anna Houser, all of Fremont; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; Funeral service, 10 AM, Friday, Nov. 16th at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. The Rev. Scott Jensen will officiate. Visitation Thursday 4 PM to 8 PM and Friday 9 AM to 10 AM; with the family receiving friends on Thurs. from 5 PM to 8 PM all at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Fremont. Memorials may be given to the donor's favorite charity.
