He was born Nov. 27, 1906, in Unity, the son of Hiram and Kittie (Farwell) Harding. He was educated in Unity schools and received his teaching certificate from Farmington Normal School in 1925. He taught in Unity and Montville before joining the Central Maine Power Company. He was employed by CMP for 45 years in Lewiston, retiring in 1971 as a crew foreman. He was a member of the Oldtimers Club of CMP, a past president... Read More	Unity – Kedric A. Harding, 69, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 17, 1976, at his residence on the Hunter Road. He was born Nov. 27, 1906, in Unity, the son of Hiram and Kittie (Farwell) Harding. He was educated in Unity schools and received his teaching certificate from Farmington Normal School in 1925. He taught in Unity and Montville before joining the Central Maine Power Company. He was employed by CMP for 45 years in Lewiston, retiring in 1971 as a crew foreman. He was a member of the Oldtimers Club of CMP, a past president of Local 484 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and a member of the board of Trustees of the Quaker Hill Church in Unity. He was the husband of the former Frances MacDonald. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Audrie Murphy of Kennebunk, Mrs. Alice LaBrecque of Falmouth, Mrs. Elaine Therrien of Westover Air Force Base in Massachusetts, Mrs. Patricia Turcotte of Lewiston; two sisters, Mrs. Erlisle Georgelakis of Middleton, Mass., and Mrs. Irma Lynch of Lynn, Mass.; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Quaker Hill Church in Unity.
