He was born April 11 and was just fourteen days old when he left this world of pain and sorrow for a world of joy and sunshine. Pastor Frank Weston of the First Baptist Church, Mt. The home which is about nine miles southwest of Mt. Pleasant, was filled with friends and neighbors for the funeral service which was held at 10:30 o'clock on Tuesday morning [April 26]. The little white casket was smothered with beautiful flowers. Mrs. Omer Giese and Mrs. Mabel Lee, with Miss Helen McMasters as accompanist, sang "Sometime We'll Understand" and "Sometime".
