He was predeceased by his wife of seventy three years, Wanda Fletcher; son Allen Fletcher and grandson Aaron Jespersen. Ken was born at the family farm south east of Taber on September 30, 1912. He continued to farm in the area and married Wanda Holtman on March 5, 1935 where they raised their three children on the farm. He was predeceased by his wife of seventy three years, Wanda Fletcher; son Allen Fletcher and grandson Aaron Jespersen. Ken was born at the family farm south east of Taber on September 30, 1912. He continued to farm in the area and married Wanda Holtman on March 5, 1935 where they raised their three children on the farm. They remained on the farm until retiring in 1973 when they moved to Taber. For almost twenty five years, Ken and Wanda enjoyed several months each winter at their mobile home in El Mirage Park in Mesa, Arizona. Ken loved wood working, carving and tinkering with anything that needed fixed. He also enjoyed horseback riding, golfing and fishing in his younger years. Ken was an active member of the Knox United Church and belonged to many community service groups including the Masons, Elks, Moose Lodge and also as a 4-H leader. He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his family and their many friends.
