From the local history book of Sedalia "Wind, Willows and Prairie Wool" page 167 - the family biography of Ragna's first husband John Dahl, it states that Grandma Brekke passed away in 1912. Since there were no cemeteries at that time, she was buried on the corner of the Dahl farm. When the Cop Hill cemetery was established, she and another person were moved to their new location. Her husband was O.C. Brekke. One piece of information said they had lived by Watrous, Saskatchewan for a time and that O. C had passed away... Read More	Kirsti is the mother of Ragna. Daughter Karen (Carrie) Holmen passed away in Bagley, Minnesota. Daughter Clara Rude passed away in Camrose. Alberta Death Registration #1873 for Year P (1912.) Says she passed away in Riddelvale which is what the old Sedalia may have been called. The 1906 Canada Census gave an approximate age - her birth year was calculated from the census information.
