LaDonna, 71, was a lifelong Yakima resident. She was born on March 7, 1937 in Yakima, WA. She was the daughter of the late Mae Bohannon and Harvey Hiatt. LaDonna was married to Richard Leroy Dorey. The couple made their home in Yakima, WA and have been married for 53 years. She attended Yakima High School. She worked at Hansen Fruit and served as a home maker. LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents, Mae Bohannon and Harvey Hiatt; brother, Stanley Hiatt; and sister, Eva Bergevin. Grateful for having shared her life with husband, Richard Dorey; four daughters, Sherrie (Greg) Testerman, Barbara (Glenn) Alexander, Darlene (Steve) St. George, and Sandy (Tracey) Catron; as well as her 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be offered 3 PM - 7 PM on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at Shaw & Sons Funeral Directors. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at Terrace Heights Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend should meet at the cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Richard Dorey; four daughters, Sherrie Testerman, Barbara Alexander, Darlene St. George and Sandy Catron; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A graveside funeral will be at 1 p.m. today in Terrace Heights Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend should meet at the cemetery. Shaw and Sons Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
