He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, a self-employed Screen Printer and a member of the National Guard. Read More	Gaffney, SC.. - Larry Gene Gossett, 69, of 4221 Union Highway, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Upstate Carolina Medical Center. Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Rita Cobb Gossett and the son of the late Johnny William Gossett and Aileen Nash Gossett. He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, a self-employed Screen Printer and a member of the National Guard. Mr. Gossett was a lifetime member of Bethany Baptist Church, where he was a Deacon, taught Sunday School, audio technician for the sanctuary and was a member of the Brotherhood. In addition to his wife, also surviving is a son, Travis Gossett and wife, Leanne of Boiling Springs; two daughters, Dana Brantley and husband, Bob of Spartanburg and Heather Gossett of Gaffney; five grandchildren, C.J. Gossett, Robert Brantley, Jonathan Brantley, Olivia Gossett and Liam Gossett. Mr. Gossett was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Gossett. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Bethany Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Roger Ham, Rev. Sonny Blackwood and Dr. Bobby McFalls officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to: Bethany Baptist Church, P. O.
