Description	:	(KS) The Belleville Telescope Aug. 14, 1969, p. 23 Laura Ada Warthen, daughter of Bryant and Victoria Holdsworth Corwin was born August 13, 1882, at Chariton, Iowa and passed away August 3, 1969 at Aurora, Colo., at the age of 86 years, 11 months and 20 days. She received her education in the schools of Reynolds, Neb. February 5, 1908 she was united in marriage to Charles Calvin Warthen at Hebron, Neb., and to this union seven children were born. She received her education in the schools of Reynolds, Neb. February 5, 1908 she was united in marriage to Charles Calvin Warthen at Hebron, Neb., and to this union seven children were born. She spent most of her life in the Hubbell Community, moving to Aurora, Colo., in 1958. She was a member of the Hubbell Methodist Church and the Rebekah Lodge at Hubbell. Preceeding her in death were her parents; her husband, Charles in 1968; two infant children, one step-daughter, Ethel; one step-son, Earl; one sister and one brother. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Marie Keller of Aurora, Colo.; four sons, Harold of Hawthorne, Cal., Wayne of Dallas, Tex., Ralph of Hoquiam, Wash., and Harry of Addison, Ill.; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Services were held at the United Methodist Church, Hubbell, Neb., Wednesday, August 6, 1969 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. John Frint officiating with interment made in Hubbell Cemetery.
