She was born June 14, 1925 to Grace and Gunnard Anderson in Madrid, IA. For many years Laura was a district manager for Field Enterprises, the umbrella company for World Book Encyclopedia. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward, two brothers, Lawrence (Inez) and Conrad (Thelma) Anderson, all of the central Iowa area. She is survived by her nephew Lawrence (Connie) Anderson of Carbondale, IL., and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Due to the Covid crisis, there will be no services. Private burial will be at a later date. If you wish to honor Laura's memory, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Madrid.
