She was born Oct. 20, 1910, in Pioneer, Tenn., to Pete Silcox and Ida Huneycut Silcox. Her husband, John H. Jenkins, died in 1985. She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Betty June Jenkins; two sons, Harold Jenkins and Billy Jenkins; one sister, Etta Lawson; one brother, Oscar Silcox; one sister-in-law, Willie Graham; three brothers-in-law, Arlie Selvia, Virgil Selvia and Orville Selvia; one great-grandson, Brad Jenkins; and one great-great-granddaughter. Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday in Fitzpatrick-Pearce Funeral Home, with the Rev. Joe Roberts Jr. officiating. Burial is in Pleasantview Cemetery. Pall bearers are David Roberts, Fred Mackey, Billy Voils, Roland Boyd, Jerry Coleman and Ricky Higgins. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
