Description	:	Lawrence J. Lantz passed away Nov. 2, 2014, at St. Vincent’s Hospital. He was born June 3, 1925, the youngest of 13 children of Adam and Rose Emter Lantz. He joined the Navy at 17 serving on a submarine in the Pacific during WW11. After his honorable discharge he moved to Gillette, Wyo., where he worked at the Vaughn-Ragsdale store. On June 23, 1952, he married Evelyn Mankin in Gillette. They later moved to Billings where he worked in car sales. He is preceded in death by his parents and 12 siblings. Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, at Smith Funeral Chapel, 925 S. 27th St. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at St. Pius X Church. Interment will be at Terrace Gardens immediately following the luncheon after the funeral mass. In lieu of flowers the family request donations are made to the charity of one’s choice.
