Mr. Casady was born at Unionville, Missouri, January 23, 1881 the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Casady. He came to Ottumwa in 1905 and was married here to Ora. E. Thompson January 28, 1906. His wife and three sons, George E Casady, Clayton C. Casady and Lewis Eldon Casady, all of Ottumwa, survive. He was a member of the Unionville Methodist Episcopal Church, the M. W. A. and the Ottumwa Lodge No. 16 A. F. and A. M. Short funeral services will be held at the residence Sunday afternoon followed by services that the East and Presbyterian Church at three o'clock. Burial will be made in the Memorial Lawn cemetery. There will be Masonic services at the grave.
