Kenck, prominent dentist of Augusta, died yesterday morning in a local hospital after an illness of many years. Read More	Thanks to Donna Williams for the following obituary: Mrs. Lea Kenck, Pioneer State Resident Passes Mrs. Lea Kench, 90, widely known Montana pioneer resident and mother of Dr. O.A. Kenck, prominent dentist of Augusta, died yesterday morning in a local hospital after an illness of many years. Mrs. Kenck was the widow of the late Charles Kenck, who was killed by the Indians in 1877 in Yellowstone park. He had operated a business in Helena when he and his wife first came here after they were married in San Francisco. Mrs. Kenck resided in Helena most of her life. She was born in Germany and came to this country when a young woman. In addition to her son she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Josephine Mutter (?) of San Francisco, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The body is at the Opp and Conrad funeral home pending arrangements for services and burial. *********** Funerals Funeral services for Mrs. Lea Kenck, 90, widely known Montana pioneer who passed away yesterday at a local hospital following a lingering illness will be held from the Opp and Conrad chapel at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon.
