Description	:	OBITS MRS. LEAH HARVEY Mrs. Leah Viola Harvey, 38 of Gering, a resident of Scotts Bluff County for the past 10 years, died at six o'clock yesterday evening at Methodist hospital. Funeral arrangements, in charge of Prohs in Gering, have not been completed. Leah Viola Stearley was born Feb. 22, 1899, in Gibbon, Nebr. Surviving are her husband, Wallace A. She was also a member of the local Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars. From unknown newspaper, 18 Sep 1937 -------------------------------------- HARVEY FUNERAL Funeral services for Mrs. Leah V. Harvey, 39, of Gering, will be held at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Proh's in Gering, with Rev. E. C. Raue, formerly of Scottsbluff, in charge. Burial will be in West Lawn cemetery, Gering, with the Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars in charge of services at the grave. Mrs. Harvey died Friday evening at Methodist hospital. Surviving are her husband, Wallace A. Harvey, and four children, Vera Marie, Wallace, Jr., Earl Millroy and Phyllis Jean. Eight brothers and sisters survive also. All members of the V.F.W. Auxiliary are asked to meet in the basement of the Presbyterian church in Scottsbluff at 1:30 on Tuesday afternoon to attend funeral services for Mrs. Leah Harvey. The Auxiliary will attend in a body. Those who have regulation uniform and cap are requested to wear them. Others are asked to wear a white dress if possible. Cars will be furnished.
