Mr. Haines was born Oct. 26, 1857, a son of Levi and Lucinda Haines. He spent his entire life in Tunnel Hill vicinity, where he was engaged in farming. Mr. Haines was born Oct. 26, 1857, a son of Levi and Lucinda Haines. He spent his entire life in Tunnel Hill vicinity, where he was engaged in farming. The following children by his first marriage survive: Charles Haines, West Bedford; Mont Haines, Lamar, Colo.; Ross Haines, Tunnel Hill; Mrs. John Ramsey, Tunnel Hill, and Mrs. B. T. Lewis, Onley, Va. Four preceded him in death. Seven children survive by the second marriage: Mrs. J. L. Ramsey and Mrs. Lawrence Myers, Frazeysburg; Frank Haines, Cooperdale, Mrs. John Larkin, Winfield, W. Va., George Haines, West Bedford; Mrs. Carl McCoy, Route 6, and Levi Haines of the home. The body will be removed to the Union M.E. church Sunday afternoon. The cortege will leave the house at 1 o'clock. Rev. Cooper will have charge of the services.
