He was born in Creston, Iowa, Feb. 1, 1898, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Goddard, and came to Billings with his parents in 1905. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. C. Reeves, 120 Broadwater Ave., 28 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services are planned at 3 p.m. Monday in Smith's Funeral Chapel. The Rev. R. H. Moorman will officiate and burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
