Description	:	LEWISTOWN - Mrs. Lena Lynn, 71, of Lewistown, and formerly of Stanford died early Friday morning at the St. Clair Hospital in Fort Benton after a short illness. She was born Feb. 26, 1904, in Goewey Township, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eltje Buff. She received her early education in Iowa and moved to North Dakota with her parents where she completed her education. In November of 1926 she married William D. Lynn in Carrington, N.D. Read More	LEWISTOWN - Mrs. Lena Lynn, 71, of Lewistown, and formerly of Stanford died early Friday morning at the St. Clair Hospital in Fort Benton after a short illness. She was born Feb. 26, 1904, in Goewey Township, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eltje Buff. She received her early education in Iowa and moved to North Dakota with her parents where she completed her education. In November of 1926 she married William D. Lynn in Carrington, N.D. They moved to Montana in 1943 and operated a ranch north of Stanford until 1965, when they moved to Lewistown. Her husband died in 1967. Mrs. Lynn was a member of St. Leos' Catholic Church of Lewistown. Survivors include a son, John Lynn of Coffee Creek; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Stash of Grass Range, and Mrs. Eloise Barnard of Stanford; the mother, Mrs. Jennie Buff of New Rockford, N.D.; two brothers, Casper Buff of Nebraska and John Buff of North Dakota; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Ness of Fargo, N.D., Mrs. Leonard Ranson of Wolf Lake, Ill., Mrs. Robert Foulston and Mrs. Clifford Wright of Post Falls, Idaho, and seven grandchildren. A prayer vigil will be at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Cloyd Funeral Chapel. Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Leos' Catholic Church. Father Richard Schlosser officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Lewistown. Printed in The Billings Gazette, Billings, MT on page 8A.
