Freimark, 519 Third Street, S.E. Thursday, after an extended illness. She had been a resident of Henry since 1902, moving to this city only eight months ago. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in St. Martin's Lutheran Church. The Rev. W. T. Meier will officiate and burial will be made in the Lorinda cemetery at Henry. Mrs. Lawrentz was born in Musso, Germany on February 7, 1854. She came to America when she was 27 years old and spent some time visiting in Philadelphia, Chicago, and Hawkeye, Iowa. She was employed at McGregor, Iowa, for a short time and then made her home with her sister, Mrs. Westphal, at Hawkeye. She married Charles H. Lawrentz at Lawler, Iowa in January, 1880 and then moved to Sumner, Iowa, where they lived for 16 years. After her husband's death in 1901, she remained in Iowa and for one year and then moved to Henry. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. A. C. Freimark, Watertown, Mrs. Herman Ruegge, Centerville, Mrs. Frank Dally, Henry, Mrs. Maggie Kiley, Sioux Falls, and two sons, Albert Lawrentz of Henry, and Walter Lawrentz of Jeffersonville, Indiana. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sons, one daughter, and two grandchildren. The body will remain at the Shaw-Messer chapel until Sunday evening.
