Description	:	Persdotter, Lena Maria Lena Maria was born at Grindstuga on the Virum manor in Misterhult parish in Kalmar län in Sweden. She married Nils Peter Beck in 1845 and had six children. She immigrated with her husband and daughter to Iowa in May 1868 and settled into a "dugout" home on the NE of Otter Creek section 13. She was a charter member of the Swedish Baptist church in Aug of 1868. After her husband's death she moved to live with her son Fred in Odebolt. She died there on 24 March 1895...
