Born April 5, 1946 in Conway, Mr. Norris was the son of the late Jessie Raleigh Norris, Sr. and the late Winnie Lee Jenkins Norris. He retired from the SC Department of Transportation as a bridge construction engineer and was a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church. Read More	Mr. Lendale Norris, 71, husband of Henrietta Daniels Norris, passed away at his home Saturday, July 22, 2017, surrounded by a host of family and friends. Born April 5, 1946 in Conway, Mr. Norris was the son of the late Jessie Raleigh Norris, Sr. and the late Winnie Lee Jenkins Norris. He retired from the SC Department of Transportation as a bridge construction engineer and was a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church. Mr. Norris was one of the founders and owners of the family business, J and N Cabinet Shop for 45 years and was a hard working, caring and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was predeceased by two sisters, Beulah Johnson and Ada Turner; one brother, Dewayne Norris; and two brother-in-laws, Earl Johnson and Grady Rabon. Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Henrietta Norris; his daughters, April (Russell) Johnson of Aynor and Amanda (Shane) Cox of Conway; his grandchildren, Christian Cox, Olivia Cox, Benjamin Cox, Jessie Johnson, and Anzy Johnson; his brothers, Joel Dean (Bonnie) Norris and Jessie R. (Jackie) Norris, Jr., all of Conway; his sisters, Linda (Dave) Lawson of Florence, Debbie (Mike) Manganello of Upland, IN, Wanza (Nathan) Alford of Aynor, and Donna (Ricky) Bell of Loris; his brother-in-law, Bill Turner of Conway; and his sister-in-law, Margaret Daniels Rabon of Aynor. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Berea Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Ragsdale Allsbrook and Rev. Johnny Jenerette.
