She married Lester Hanson on Feb 15, 1922, at her home in rural Nevada. She was a lifetime resident of Nevada and a member of the Nevada United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1965; her sister, Junia Gardner; and two brothers Maurice Alderman and the Rev. Gordon Alderman. Funeral services were held Jan. 10 at Cooper-Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada, with the Rev. James King officiating. Burial was in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Nevada United Methodist Church.
