Description	:	LeRoy Harold Eagle Bear, 73, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls with his wife and family close by his side. LeRoy was born on May 18, 1946 in Norris, South Dakota at his parent's home. At age of 11, he attended the South Dakota School for the Deaf in Sioux Falls, and enjoyed participating in basketball, track and cross country. Read More	LeRoy Harold Eagle Bear, 73, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls with his wife and family close by his side. LeRoy was born on May 18, 1946 in Norris, South Dakota at his parent's home. At age of 11, he attended the South Dakota School for the Deaf in Sioux Falls, and enjoyed participating in basketball, track and cross country. He graduated in 1966 where he remained as a dorm supervisor for many years. He was greatly loved by the students. He was later employed by John Morrell & Co for several years until he was hired by Communication Service for the Deaf to serve the Native American Community for 10 years. His last employment was at Hy-Vee on Marion Road where he enjoyed interacting and working with people. LeRoy found and married the love of his life, Eleanor Irene Corner, on August 8, 1998 in Renner, South Dakota. Surviving LeRoy are his wife, Eleanor Eagle Bear; his children, Terry Corner and Gerry Johnson; his grandchildren, Erin Corner, Eric Corner (Kayla Corner), Angela Wible (Thomas Wible) and Brooke Jacquet (Todd Jacquet); his great grandchildren, Zoey Casman, Landen, Harper, Charlotte Corner, Alonzo Davis, Mya Davis, Antonio Davis, Jacob Wible, Audrey Wible, Wyatt Jacquet, Austin Jacquet, Kadence Jacquet and Sawyer Jacquet, his brothers, Russell Eagle Bear, Arnold Eagle Bear, Patrick Eagle Bear, his sister, Kris Wooden Knife, and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his pet Molly, his paternal grandparents, Henry and Agnes Eagle Bear, maternal grandparents, Emery and Jennie Amiotte, his parents, Russell & Emmaline Eagle Bear, his brother, Floyd Eagle Bear, and his sisters, Lois Joyce Eagle Bear and Ethel Eagle Bear.
