Letha was born in Dallas County, Iowa near Minburn, however lived most of her life in Redfield, Iowa. Letha graduated from the Redfield High School. Letha and Emmett Campbell were married on December 18, 1942. This union was blessed with three daughters: Dixie, Judy and Louise. Letha was mostly a homemaker for her family, however she did work as a cook at the Redfield Hospital for some time. She and Emmett travelled around the county on bus trips and visited places like Canada and Niagara Falls to name a few. She was a member of the Redfield Methodist Church. Letha kept busy raising her family and enjoyed crocheting. She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband Emmett Campbell, two daughters Dixie Michaelson and Judy Clark and grandsons Edward and Brent Michaelson. Letha leaves the following family to celebrate her life: daughter Louise Campbell of Redfield; son-in-law Whitey Clark of Altoona; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
