Description	:	Lewis was the son of Isaac N Doval, a veteran of the Civil War, and Susan A Algerbright. He was born near Honeywell, Virginia. He moved with his parents to Holt County, Missouri, when twelve years of age, and lived there until 1894 when he returned to Virginia to marry Laura Dovel (maiden name not known) on 24 Dec 1895. They returned to the area of Hamburg after their marriage. Lewis and Laura had five children. Laura died Jun 1907 soon after the birth of daughter Mamie. Mamie died a month later. They returned to the area of Hamburg after their marriage. Lewis and Laura had five children. Laura died Jun 1907 soon after the birth of daughter Mamie. Mamie died a month later. In 1911 Lewis married Mrs. Dollie Winchell and together they had one child. Lewis died suddenly at a hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. He became overheated while putting up hay and was taken to Omaha where it was found necessary that an operation be performed. He died at the age of 50 years.
