Mr. Yeager was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Davis Chapter No. 22, R.A.M., Fort Cumberland Blue Lodge No. 211, of Cumberland, Ali Ghan Shrine Temple and of the Knights Templar, Grafton, W.Va and of the Philos Lodge, I.O.O.F., Westernport, for 62 years. He belonged to the Brotherhood Locomotive Engineers, and was an honorary member of the Order of DeMolay, Grafton, W.Va. A son of the late Frederick and Louisa Blake Yeager, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Susan Osbarne (Osborne) Yeager, and six children, John R. Yeager, Thomas, W.Va.; Mrs. George R. Hansel, Rowlesburg, W.Va.; Louis F. Yeager, La Vale; Harry H. Yeager, this city; Joseph W. Yeager, Ridgely, W.Va.; and Dr. George H. Yeager, Baltimore, Md.; one sister, Mrs. Katherine Rhodebeaver, Masontown, Pa.; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Yeager celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary last June.
