Shinn Lewish Spencer Shinn, son of the late Ad and Willie Gaydon Shinn, died in the Veteran's hospital in Little Rock, Wednesday at the age of 45. He was born in Yell County and had spent most of his life here. He had made his home in Dumas, Arkansas the past three or four years.
