She married Clessie Alvin Miller on May 11,1911 and they were the parents of three known children: Carrol Raymond,Wilma Elizabeth and Chester Clessie b.Jan. 15, 1921. Friends of this place were greatly shocked Sunday morning on hearing the sad news of the sudden death of Mrs. Clessie Miller, who passed away Sunday morning about 2 o'clock at the home, northeast of New Lisbon. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Dunkard Brethren Church, one mile west of Hagerstown, burial was made in the nearby cemetery. The husband, three children: Carol, Elizabeth and little infant son (Chester Clessis Miller) only a few hours old, the mother, Mrs. Mary Dickover and many other relatives survive.
