Description	:	DYERSVILLE, Iowa - Mrs. Lillian Diesburg, 68, of Dyersville, died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at home, following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Francis Xavier Basilica, with burial in St. Francis Cemetery, both in Dyersville. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Kramer Funeral Home, Dyersville, where there will be a Parish scripture service at 4 p.m. She was born on Oct. 3, 1930, in Earlville, daughter of Leo and Agnes (Roling) Sellner. She married Lawrence P. Diesburg on June 22, 1954, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Earlville. They farmed north of Dyersville until their retirement in 1991. Mr. Diesburg died Aug. 8, 1993. She was a member of St. Mary's Hospital Auxiliary, Dyersville. Surviving are four sons, Morris L. (Delores), of Dubuque, Steve G. and Donald J., both of Dyersville, and Ronald E. (Elaine), of Earlville; two daughters, Joyce (Joe) Althoff, of Guttenberg, and Marcia (Mark) Oberfoell, of Dyersville; a special friend, Bill Phillips, of Delhi; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild; two sisters, Jeanette (Fritz) Mescher, of Dyersville, and Donna (Joe) Fischer, of Earlville; and three brothers, Joe (Ruth) Sellner, of Earlville, Ed (Louise) Sellner, of Marion, and Lester (Ruth Ann) Sellner, of Farley. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Agnes; her stepmother, Viola Sellner; two sisters, Doris Wuchter and Lorraine Sellner; and a brother, Robert Sellner.
