Lillian was born on February 25, 1926 in Jerome, Idaho to James and Leah (Newbry) Cook. She attended local schools. Lillian was united in marriage to Russell Fox on February 13, 1943 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. To this union four daughters were born. They were divorced in 1967. Lillian worked at the American Heritage in Waterloo, IA and later as a certified nursing assistant at the Adams Nursing Home in Adams, MN. Lillian lived up to her maiden name in that she loved cooking and baking. She loved gardening with the help of her daughters and loved singing, dancing and visiting with friends and family. Lillian was a loving wife and mother. Lillian was united in marriage to Robert "Willie" Wilcox on December 2, 1969 in Vermillion, SD. Survivors include her husband Robert "Willie" of Riceville, Three daughters: Sharon Lovelace and her husband Larry of Riceville, Iowa, Connie J. Fox of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Nancy Wolthoff and her husband Russell of Riceville, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 6 step-grandchildren. Also surviving are two stepchildren Julie and her husband Gary Lucas of Mason City, IA and Bill Wilcox and his wife Lisa of Le Roy, MN, Lillian's brothers: Bill and Kay Cook of Spokane WA, Dan and Betty Cook of Mitchell, WA, John and Rosemary Cook of Couer d'Alene, Idaho, Gary and Betty Cook of Spokane, WA, and an adopted brother Mickey Cook and his wife Diane of Spokane, WA and three sisters: Doris Woods of Spokane, WA, Pat Schneider also of Spokane and Jean Swanson of Mica, ID. Three sister-in laws: June Gansen of Mason City, IA, Janet Haagenson and her husband Gerry of Mabel, MN, and Linda Walker and her husband Tom of Lake City, MN and four brother-in-laws: Dale Wilcox of Clear Lake, IA, Leon Wilcox and his wife Robin and Russell Wilcox and his wife Jessie all of Brownsdale, MN and Tom Wilcox and his wife Lisa of LeRoy, MN. Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Debbie Gansen in June of 1995, a step-daughter, a grandchild, three brothers and one sister.
