Born in Leesville, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Erastus and Hattie Moore Risinger. Mrs. Davis retired from Oxford Manufacturing as a clothing inspector. As long as her health permitted, she was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church and was a beloved grandmother. Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Gale and Joe Bedenbaugh, Bettie and Everette Rooks, all of Lexington, Diane and Gene Shealy of Batesburg-Leesville; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Phyllis Davis of Leesville; son, Jack Davis of Leesville; brother, Gary Risinger of Leesville; grandchildren, Kim Feaster, Todd Davis, Allen Rooks, Stephanie and Brett Shealy and Adam and Gray Bedenbaugh; great-grandchildren, Thomas Feaster and Taylor Davis. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by sons, Charles Lee and Gerald Lee Wessinger; sisters, Clara Mouzie Wingard and Nannie Lee Burkett; brother, Thomas Irvin Risinger.
