Description	:	The friends of Mrs. William W. Young, of LIvona, were shocked last Thursday morning to learn of her sudden death from heart failure, which occurred about midnight Wednesday, March 29th. She was a woman of upright character, highly respected by all with whom she came in contact, and possessing in a marked degree those attributes that tend to make one beloved among all. With the passing of Mrs. Young the community loses a good and noble woman, the husband and family a devoted wife and mother, and a host of friends sustain an irreparable loss. Lillian M.... Comegys was born Jan. 6, 1872, in Jefferson county, Iowa. In 1888 she became a member of the Methodist church of Bondurant, Polk county, Iowa. She was married to William W. Young at Bondurant, Iowa, on March 3, 1892, at which place they resided until May, 1903, when they moved to Livona, Emmons county, North Dakota, where they have since resided. There were three boys and six girls born to this union, all of whom no survive her. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved husband and children. The funeral was held at the Glencoe church, the Rev. J. W. Cabbage officiating. Interment was at Glencoe cemetery. The Emmons County Record, April 13, 1911, Page 1.
