Description	:	The youngest daughter of Louis & Emma Resler Janeski. She was the first generation to be born in America after her parents immigrated from Poland. She graduated Lone Star Grade School and attended College High in Pittsburg, then worked on her father's farm. In 1935 she married Cleve (Cliff) Daniel Renn at the Carthage Court House. They raised their family and farmed together west of Pittsburg, until his death January 17, 1974. They raised their family and farmed together west of Pittsburg, until his death January 17, 1974. Being raised a farmer's daughter, she continued the tradition by helping her husband with their daily farm chores of milking cows, and raising chickens, and tending her flower garden. She could also be found in the fields working the ground and mowing hay with her husband. She enjoyed driving her blue Chevy grain truck during harvest. But her favorite chore of all was raising calves and grandkids on the farm. Lily was an active 4-H leader for more than twenty years teaching sewing, cooking, and photography to young people. She was a baptized member of Beulah Community Church, active in Sunday School, Church, and President of Ladies Aid for many years. At the Crawford County Fair, Lily fried chicken for patrons of the Beulah Church restaurant every August well into her 80's, and passed on her cooking skills to the next generation of chicken fryers.
