Busbee, died at her residence Monday, June 28, 2004, at 12:30 a.m. Mrs. Busbee was born in Union on Dec. 6, 1943, a daughter of the late Marion E. Crocker Sr. and Viola Mabry Crocker. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Busbee was formerly employed with Her Majesty and Milliken & Co., Lockhart Plant. Busbee, died at her residence Monday, June 28, 2004, at 12:30 a.m. Mrs. Busbee was born in Union on Dec. 6, 1943, a daughter of the late Marion E. Crocker Sr. and Viola Mabry Crocker. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Busbee was formerly employed with Her Majesty and Milliken & Co., Lockhart Plant. Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Angela Elaine Busbee of the home; a son, George R. Busbee of Union; two sisters, Sara C. Henderson of Union and Virginia Ann C. Foster of Lockhart; a brother, Marion E. Crocker Jr., of Union and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Busbee was predeceased by a sister, Hazel Puckett. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at the S. R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel. Entombment will be in the Forest Lawson Mausoleum. Active pallbearers will be Peter Stone, Gene Crocker, Grady Foster, Michael Gibson, Darrell Johnson and Ray Glist. The body will remain at the funeral home where the family will receive friends Wednesday night from 7 until 9. The family will be at their respective homes. The S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
