Read More	Holyoke Enterprise, Holyoke, Colorado, March 17, 2005 Linda Kay (Fisher) Carrick was born in Holyoke to Francis "Pete" Fisher and Shirley (Peckham) Fisher on November 22, 1950. She died Friday, March 4, 2005 in Loveland at the age of 54. She was raised in Holyoke where she received her education, graduating in the class of 1969. She met and married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Carrick on February 16, 1969. Linda lived her whole life in Holyoke except for a short time in Germany when Bob was in the army. They were blessed with five children, including Kimberly M., Edward Earl, Nicole A., Donald D. and Dustin E. Early in their married life, Bob gave her the pet name of "George," which she answered to the rest of her life. She was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. She spent her life caring for her family and friends with so much love and concern. Linda is preceded in death by an infant son Edward Earl, her parents Francis Fisher and Shirley Fisher Stewart; brothers James Earl and Albert Duane Fisher; sister-in-law Joyce Fisher; brothers-in-law Max Travis and Bill Riley; mother-in-law Lee Carrick and step-fathers Don Stewart and Jerry Stewart. Linda is survived by her husband of 35 years Bob; children Dustin and Donnie of Holyoke, Nicky of Imperial, Nebraska, Kim of Holyoke; grandchildren Daniel and Eddie Boden of Kansas, Nicholas Walker of Wyoming and Alex Hernandez of Holyoke; brother Doyle of California; sisters Francis Riley of Colorado Springs, Nancy and husband Byron Prottsman of Holyoke and Debra and husband Harley Ross of Chappell, Nebraska. Also morning her loss is father-in-law Edward Carrick of Loveland; brothers-in-law Brad Carrick and wife Dianne and Bill Carrick and wife Debbie, all of Fort Collins; four nieces, eight nephews and a host of cousins and friends. Services were held for Linda on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at the First Christian Church in Holyoke with Jim Blake officiating. Burial followed at Holyoke Cemetery.
